  In the border city of Brownsville, Texas, seven people were killed and up to six more were hurt after they were hit by a car while waiting at a bus stop outside of a migrant shelter.  As soon as he heard about the crash on Sunday morning, Bishop Enrique San Pedro Ozanam Center director Victor Maldonado said he watched the shelter's security footage.  The city bus stop is unmarked and located across the street from the shelter.
